 "How do I know you won't steal my account?"

The staff here at halo3boostingservice.com understands your concern with your account safety. We have been in business for over 2 years now with a big portion of our business coming from referals from satisfied customers. We earn these referals by both delivering on our promise to level an account and by earning our customers trust by keeping them informed during the leveling experience every step of the way. Since we do not publish customer accounts on our website to show the 100s of satisfied customers we rely on impressing our customers so they are happy to refer our services to others.

"Are you going to use my gamertag to advertise your boosting service when your done boosting it?"

No. We do not share or publish your gamertag in any way without your clear permission to do so. During game play we appear offline and ignore all messages and party invites. We do not use your gamertag as a reference unless you approve. One reason customers choose our boosting service is our high level of confidentiality with their gamertag information. The only thing anybody will know is that you had been playing like a beast the night before and finally got that level you were after.

"How do I know that this isn't a scam?"

This is a fair question and you should be very cautious when selecting a booster or using any website service. We make every effort to give evidence that our skill is high enough to complete the job and we try to be as open as possible with our service and processes. We give step by step instructions to let customers know what to expect and when to expect it. We answer emails daily and keep customers informed on the progress of the account. We do not change customer recovery information and customer is free to recovery account at any time. We offer secure payment via paypal which allows for dispute resolution. We make every effort to give each customer a positive experience. 

"How do you level my account? What do you mean "boost" my account?"

Boosting can mean different things to different people. We describe boosting as gaining levels rapidly by maintaining a high win ratio through consistant skilled play. We do not cheat, stand-by, bridge, network manipulate, or conduct our play in any way that would get your account banned from XBL.  

"I have a special circumstance and want to negotiate price or I have a special request for a product not offered."

"So I just purchased boosting service, now what?"

Each boosting service has an instructions section on the same page the purchase is made. Follow those directions and we will get started within the time frame described in the directions. Each boosting service gives a step to contact us. If you didn't contact us and have made a purchase we will attempt to contact you via the email provided on your paypal receipt. We check email often so you will generally hear back from us pretty quick but please allow up to 24 hours for our confirmation email.

"Instead of having you recover my account can I just have you play with me to get to a level?"

As of April 2009 we are offering level boosting where the customer has the option to play with the booster rather than have the booster recover their account and level the account for them. You can check this out by clicking on the -Power Leveling- icon at the top of this page.

"How is the power leveling going?"

So far customers are really enjoying the 2 booster option in team slayer. The win ratio is still very high (90% or better) even with a third member in the team not used to our style of play. We have gotten every customer in the 40's to level 50, and a few starting from level 35 to level 50. Feedback we generally get is "I don't get how you are so good." Customers report that the best part of power leveling is being the one on their account when they get to level 50.

"What is the different between account leveling and power leveling?"

Power leveling is the "play with" option. You go into matchmaking on your account with one or two of our pros to level your account. There is no account recovery required with power leveling. Account leveling is the traditional leveling service. We recover your account to level it to the specified level. We play on your account in account leveling.

"What is your gamertag?"
